We had a wonderful stay at La Siesta Premium Hang Be. The hotel is beautiful and the service was top notch. A special thank you to Linh Pham, who was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable. She made our visit much more comfortable and we highly recommend staying here.
A beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. The service was 5 star and the spa services were top notch. I will definitely stay there again when I am in Hanoi
Wonderful boutique hotel with gorgeous roof top bar in a perfect Hanoi location. Rooms were spacious and service is impeccable. I would stay here every time I come to Hanoi.
We were overwhelmed by the extremely friendly and attentive service provided by all the hotel staff. They were always on hand to offer advice and assistance. The hotel itself is in a prime location/very central, the breakfast was balanced and of good quality, and the rooms were very stylish with comfortable beds. All in all, we would definitely recommend it!
The hotel is strategically located within the old quarters and 5 mins walk to the lake. Many food options within the vacinity. The staff are really warm and remember us throughout our trip. Laundry is very affordable too with same day return. The staff are always smiley. The spa on site was really good too although you can find cheaper options elsewhwre but the hotel provides comfort and hygiene.
